GOOD SELFISHNESS.

I've heard the stories, and so have you... people losing jobs,
losing loved ones, getting divorced, the list goes on... 

The next thing you know a stream of negative thoughts fill your mind... 
You start to doubt yourself... and think that maybe you're not good enough.
Maybe you're next. 
Things start to go wrong... 
You think that maybe it's all your fault, that you're the one to blame. 
Sometimes you blame somebody else for everything that doesn't work out.
