Importance of self-forgiveness

Importance of self-forgiveness, but there's something
that can stand in the way, and that's...

...Judgment!

Of course, judgments you hold against others also stand between you
forgiving them.

As Mother Teresa said, "If you judge peopleyou have no time to love
them
," nor are you capable of doing so, since love and judgment don't

co-habitat!

When you judge yourself you are condemning yourself for your mistakes,

failings and imperfections.

The worse you feel about yourself, the less likely you are to heal, change
and experience your true loving nature and the goodness and beauty
that you are.

Judgments augment and compound that which is judged (in yourself or
another) and keep you more bound and captive to those traits, keeping

alive your mistakes and negative attributes.

Love, compassion and forgiveness, conversely, enable you to let go of

and move beyond that which you are not, and that which is un-serving
to you, be it thoughts, feelings, attitudes, people or situations in your

life.
The more you love yourself, the more your world will reflect that in
happy positive realities and successes.
Let go of self-attack and see the best in yourself. When you do so,
you will begin to see the best in others too.
If you are feeling bad about yourself, know that that is the voice of
your ego, not your higher mind.

We all make mistakes. Forgiveness is the way through and allows the
dawning of a new day, cleansing and refreshing you and your reality.
