Enjoy The Improvement

I once noticed a traffic sign where there was some construction going on and it read:  "Inconvenience temporary, improvement permanent.  Thanks for your cooperation."

Isn’t that true in life, as well?  Sometimes when we need to make an improvement —maybe increase an exercise program, change our eating, or learn to use our time more wisely —at first it just seems like an inconvenience.

I think that’s the universe speaking to us today.  Each one of us could lean into the question, "What is the one thing I could be doing more of right now that would improve my life if I did it?"

Go ahead; it’s okay to be temporarily inconvenienced because the improvement is permanent.

Enjoy The Improvement...
