Overcome your Depression Blues


Mr Karim Hajee says "It starts with a simple negative thought.
You think that's okay, that's the way you feel and that's the way things really are.
Then another negative thought and then another one."
Before you know it your mind is filled with all these negative thoughts,
and you don't think things will ever get better.
It goes on for a few days, the negative thoughts consume you.
Then a week goes by and you before you know it you're depressed.
You know this is not the way to live but you just don't think
that there's anyway out - the negative thoughts are taking their toll.
But there is a way out.
You don't have to live with depression or the blues everyday.
And the quickest way to do this is to push your mind to focus on
something more positive so that you don't dwell on the negative and
so that you no longer focus on the worst in every situation.
The main reason for feeling depressed is because you focus on
the worst possible outcome, you look at what could go wrong and
before you know it you re-program your subconscious mind and end
up creating more negative situations that makes the depression stronger.
Your subconscious mind begins to bring more of what you don't want.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
You don't have to feel down and out, tired, and depressed.
Now you can program your mind and subconscious mind so that
you enjoy happiness, wake up feeling alive, look forward to going
out and finishing what you set out to accomplish...
You'll get more done and you'll enjoy it.
There is another way... one that will put a bounce back in your step,
put a smile on your face, and make you want to bask in the sunshine again
as you achieve your goals..
Imagine being able go out and meet people on a regular basis,
Attract positive, supporting people,
Get more done in less time,
No longer worrying about what could go wrong,
Making the right choices and enjoying life again...
Feeling confident, energetic and ready to light up a room when you walk in...
Now you can be the person you want to be.
Free from worry, fear and self doubt... confident in your ability,
confident that everything is working out and knowing that you are succeeding...
All you have to do is get your mind and subconscious mind
to focus on your positive qualities, to focus on the positive events
and to focus on how you can succeed and enjoy life again.
That's how you put an end to the depression or blues.
Once your mind and subconscious mind are moving in a
positive direction, life becomes easier.
What seemed like mountains that had to be overcome are merely small mole hills that
you can step over easily.
Your troubles fade away and solutions surge forward.
