A Meditation to Create a Force of Attraction

By Psychic Yemaya When we speak of the “Law of Attraction,” we are indeed speaking of what metaphysicians refer to as a law that has been proven to work! In other words, you can attract what you desire into your life by putting that “picture, symbol, and image” out into the universe visually!
Not much experience with meditation? You can look it up on this site to learn the process. A quiet space and some alone time usually work the best. Some folks like to add gentle music or the sound of water trickling in a fountain, or maybe incense or oils for relaxation. The idea is to let your body relax to the point where you are able to lift up your thoughts away from bodily function, to more aesthetic pursuits.
I like to prepare for each session with a firm understanding and intent of what it is that I want to attract to my life. Find the highest good and the best results will follow. For instance, if you want to attract someone in particular, or if you want to influence someone else’s will, or choice, you may not be successful. The universe responds most to the highest frequency of thought. Wanting to control or influence another is a lower frequency. So think about how you can envision what it is you want to attract without asking to break anyone else’s will or desires. Let us use prosperity as an example.
I will write down a positive statement on paper, “I have enough and some to share,” and take that with me as I go into meditation. Sometimes I will even place it under my body. Now I have my intent. So by using deep breathing and body relaxation, I begin my journey with the visualization of golden light pouring over me. I see it filling up my body and shining out in an aura of gold around me.
Now we’re ready to begin the “transmission.” I visualize myself smiling, with money in my hands, making deposits into the bank, paying off bills. I see a peaceful energy around having enough money, and being able to share with others less fortunate (giving back is a HIGH frequency thought and deed). I visualize getting the things that need repair or replacement (new tires, car repair or replacement, new water heater or furniture). I picture it in my mind as if it is already happening!
I get up and write up my experience afterward. I roll it up and put a beautiful ribbon on it, and place it where I will see it most often. Every time I lay eyes on it, I send up a “spark” of energy to carry it “home,” again and again. Try it and let us know how it works for you!

Psychic Workout: Plant a Seed for Prosperity

By Psychic Marin
With the New Year just around the corner, now is the time to begin thinking about what you want to manifest in the coming year… Or why wait? Plant that seed now to stimulate growth! Rather than simply “thinking” about what you want to nurture, this exercise will physically put your goals into motion when you “plant a seed for prosperity.”
What seed of an idea would you like to plant and grow into an opportunity? Financial abundance? Protection? It could be a skill or personal quality you’d like to acquire, or new adventure or creation. You probably already have a goal in mind, but just need to know what direction to put that energy in. For those that are still struggling with what they want to focus on, sit in meditation, or open your intuition and listen for divine messages that will help shape your goals or resolutions. When you have determined what it is that you are going to nurture in the coming year, write it down on a piece of paper.
From the list at the end of this article, locate the appropriate type of tree/seed based upon the corresponding energy that you are wanting to manifest. (You may want to also look up additional horticulture tips for the requirements of the different species, including climate and timing for planting to ensure a successful sprouting.)
When you’re ready to plant the seed, pick up the plant seed and concentrate on it, infusing it with your desires. If planting in a pot, first place your written desire at the bottom of the pot, or if planting outside, at the bottom of a hole that you have dug. Next, cover with a little soil, and proceed with planting your seed. Your written desire will feed the roots of the tree as it grows. Visit the sprouting tree frequently, water it, and emotionally feed it as well, knowing that as it grows, so will your desire.
Here are some appropriate trees to use:
Oak – Solid and strong, the Oak is the tree of endurance and triumph. When meditating or grounding, it is often the Oak tree that we visualize and embody because of its tremendous root system and its ability to anchor our souls.
Birch – As the Birch tree is the earliest tree to produce new leaves each year, it is known as a symbol of fertility and new beginnings. Birch brings luck in new endeavors, and aids in accomplishing goals. Bundles of birch twigs were bound together for use in witches’ brooms, and to ward off negative spirits.
Apple – The Apple tree is one of the most sacred trees, holding the energy of eternal youth and happiness in the afterlife. Cutting down an Apple tree was considered so unlucky in Ireland that they would call for a sacrifice of a person as payment for such wrongdoing.
Alder – Alder is associated with rebirth (resurrection), as the petals on the Alder tree reflect the spiral pattern of creation. Use Alder for situations concerning death or birth.
Rowan – The tree of fire, Rowan represents inspiration and vitality. Leaves of Rowan may be used to increase psychic powers, while the branches of the Rowan tree are often used for fabricating wands. If you had a magickal wand, made from the Rowan tree, what would you want to manifest?
Willow – The Willow embodies similar energy to that of the Moon. It provides protection from nightmares, harm, and betrayal.
Hawthorne – The tree associated with purification and chastity, this tree is used to bring forth a lighter energy, that of the fairy. It is no wonder that the Hawthorne tree is sacred to fairies, and cutting one down brings misfortune.
Holly – Holly is associated with luck and protection. Holly leaves are sometimes used for divination, as the number of berries indicates the severity of the coming winter.
Maple – With a sweetness like syrup, the Maple attracts love, money, and luck. It is often used for treasure chests and jewelry boxes holding your most precious items. Maple will offer the sweet allure to attract what you want.
Ash – The Ash tree is an ancient tree, associated with the Norse, and sacred to Poseidon, God of the Sea. Placing ash leaves under your pillow will aid in prophetic dreams
Hazel – Hazel is the tree that blooms with wisdom. Hazel nuts are strung and used for happiness within the home. Forked Hazel branches are often used as dowsing rods to aid in divination and locating water or hidden objects.
Elder – The Elder tree is associated with magick and manifestation. If hung over doorways, it repels negative spirits and energies, but if burned, it calls forth and invites negative spirits.

Meditating Excerpts...

I love reading lists of things to do before you die, but after
reading several of these lists, I've realized that each list is a
very personal thing. It can only apply to the writer of the list,
and not to all human beings in general. No such list can do that.
And think about this: if you're trying to follow a list of things
to do before you die ... trying to check things off the list, just to
say you've done it ... what's the point, really? To be able to tell
people you've done it? To follow the life prescription of some
writer?
I won't try to tell you what to do before you die ... but I will
suggest some questions to figure out how to live ... right now. Each
and every day.
Because you never know how much time you have left, and trying to
cram a list of things into that unknown time can be futile.
Instead, live every day to the fullest. Get the most out of life.
1. Who do I love, and what am I doing about it? When someone dies
(two of my kids' grandmother just died, so I've been thinking about
this a lot), you realize that you never know how much time you have
with the people you love. They can go at any time -- as can you. And
so you must make the most of this time.
If you aren't spending time with the people you love, change that.
If you are holding a grudge against a family member, let it go and
reconcile. If you've done something to hurt a loved one, ask for
forgiveness. Drop the pride, and make up. If you haven't seen
someone in awhile, call them now to set up a date.
2. Am I pursuing my dream, or is fear stopping me? What have you
always wanted to do? Maybe something you dreamed of as a child but
have given up as unrealistic? Maybe something you still want to do
but are afraid of failing? What fears are stopping you? And what
would be the worst that could happen if you overcame those fears
and pursued your dream?
If you're already pursuing your dream, pat yourself on the back.
You're doing awesome!
3. Am I doing something that matters? There's a difference between
doing work, and doing work that really matters. Much of the time,
we use up the few days we have on this earth with busy-work, stuff
that doesn't make much difference, and that's sadly a waste of our
lives.
Recently on Dumb Little Man, writer Ali Hale suggested you ask
yourself, "Will this matter in five years?" I think this is a great
question. It helps you distinguish between trivial busy-work that
will take up all of your time but not matter in a few years, and
tasks and projects and goals with high impact that will make a
difference, in your career, in your life, in the lives of others.
4. What am I doing to help others? Kind of ironically, you get the
most out of life not just by taking what you can for yourself, but
by giving to others. What have you done lately to help people out?
Have you been kind to people? Have you been compassionate? Have you
been there for anyone? Listened? Volunteered for those in need? If
you're not doing anything to help others, this is a good time to
figure out one thing you can do for someone, and put it into
action. Ask this question on a regular basis, and you'll make
kindness a habit.
5. Am I as good a person as I want to be? I ask this of myself all
the time. Sometimes, when I'm impatient or selfish or
less-than-helpful, I think back on what I've said and done and
realize that I could have done better. Instead of beating myself up
about it, I endeavor to try harder, to remember to allow my better
angels to guide me, to rise above the trivialities of life to a
higher plane.
It's not easy to be a good person, at least not all of the time.
It's easier to be selfish, without thinking about it. But is that
how you want to be remembered? Is that how you want to live your
life? Give it some thought, and act accordingly.
6. What am I doing to live life with passion, health and energy?
You can do all the right things, and yet live a life that's dull
and sluggish. If you let your health go, you will have little
energy and you will waste the minutes you have left on illness.
Instead, learn to live a healthy life, with good foods and
exercise. This will lead to more energy in your life. And then
direct that energy into something you're passionate about. If you
haven't found that passion (or passions), start looking. You'll
thank me. :)

Gratitude & Abundance!

Certain states of consciousness hold a resonance field that accelerates
the manifestation of your desires.
Gratitude is certainly one of them!
Gratitude is a generating energy that will serve to attract more of
anything you feel grateful for into your life.
In that sense it is a powerful abundance ally!
Gratitude aligns you to, and subsequently attracts, that which is for
your highest good, and opens you to more of the love, joy, gifts and
blessings the universe wishes to bestow.
Along with appreciation, gratitude opens your heart, raises your
energy, and elevates you from even the darkest of states.
In feeling grateful for something or someone, you essentially
'receive' it, as well as give to it from your heart, which effectively
aligns your vibration to it, and directs your focus, attention and
energy towards it, attuning your heart and mind to that which is
positive.
Whatever you focus on grows, so when you appreciate someone, see their
value and beauty and feel grateful for it, those qualities will expand
and grow in your life.
When you focus on everything in your life you have to feel grateful
for, and all the wonderful things, experiences and people you
appreciate, the universe hands you more of the same!
It's a wonderful abundance expanding experience!
Gratitude is the sweet song of appreciation. It turns an experience,
person or event into a gift that is received, for when you appreciate
and feel grateful, you literally let the experience/quality in, and
you also give to it. It is a wonderful exchange of positive energies.
When you feel grateful you experience more of your love, which enhances
your state in a beautiful magical way.
You also get to experience all the beautiful qualities of that which
you feel grateful for all over again!

"Gratitude is a powerful tool. If you will allow yourself to feel
grateful, your processing and programming can work immeasurably
better... As you feel grateful for what you have, you start having
more things about which to feel that gratitude."
- Lazaris

Keep a gratitude journal and write down at the end of each day
10 things you feel grateful for over the last 24 hours to assist you in
experiencing more of this wondrous, generative, heart-opening energy.
When you do so, be sure to connect to the heart-felt feelings of
gratitude, i.e. don't just make it a mental box-ticking process - really engage your emotions.
Add to that list a few things you are grateful to YOURSELF for,
positive qualities, actions, traits and demeanours, how you've
handled your day or any situations, how you've taken care of yourself
or been kind to others, etc.
And lastly, be grateful to the FUTURE you're creating. You are a
powerful manifesting being and when you begin to feel grateful for
the dreams you are creating and person you are becoming, you begin
to attract them more powerfully into your life, for you give the
message to your subconscious mind they have already manifested.

Prayer to revive all the Biblical Blessings...

O LORD, dispatch your ministering angels to search the land of the living and of the dead, and to recover all my stolen blessings in the name of Jesus."

Forgiving...

It has been my experience that, indeed, you cannot simply push away old pain, resentment, or the memory of deeds done that caused you harm. These are the areas of your soul that are in shadow, or the dim, cloudy, dark corners in your mind – sometimes even the cells of your body.
However, these same dark recesses do respond to the light and “lightness” of gratitude, joy, laughter, and love. You’ve heard that the best revenge is to live a great life. Yes, it is! An even better revenge is to no longer care about the wrongdoer, or the situation, by putting your energies elsewhere. Your focus shifts into a higher frequency by simply teaching your mind where to go.
This may sound complicated. However, if I were to get into the human behavior patterns and the chemical stimulation of brain function to certain behavioral functions, it would boil down to this – gratitude heals. Yep, that’s what I said. Being grateful stimulates the brain chemistry that we associate with laughter and falling in love!
Focusing on the wounds, the events, the limitations, and the negative ramifications of the original wounding pulls brain function down. When it goes down, so does our outlook on life, energy, and the ability to interact in social situations and relationships. When we focus on what we’re grateful for on a daily basis, we can start to train our minds to lighten up our outlook!
I have an exercise I use when I’m angry or upset with someone. I pray for them to get all the things in life I desire. I ask that the universe bring them love and understanding. I ask that they receive health and happiness. I do this for seven days in a row. If I forget, or just don’t do it one night, I have to start over. It’s never failed to release my anger and let me be compassionate for that person after those seven days. Perhaps this is another example of the same theory? Either way, I spend more time being present in my life, than being angry in my head over something that is done and over, or that hasn’t even happened yet!

Soul Cleansing Technique. By Californis Physics

There is, in the “human condition,” a certain need to “hold on” to every wrong or misunderstanding we have ever had. The human brain stores it all… that is, unless we tell it to dump those files! We store up guilt, regret and worry into a general storage unit of negative self esteem! It can make us feel heavy, dark or even depressed. This “old baggage” can affect how we see ourselves. We radiate that energy out into our auras, and it can affect our ability to attract friends and lovers!
This is a great time of year to let go of all that, and clear the way for a happier life! You say “It can’t be that simple!” It does take your awareness and resolve; it’s not like a “Men in Black” flash that makes you forget everything that just happened! Your mind is a recording that has multiple “tracks” that you choose to add into the mix… like a sound engineer. The following suggestions can help you to choose to minimize those “tracks” with self defeating messages, thereby changing your energy, your self-esteem, your aura, and bringing yourself back to innocence!
A quick diversion into a basic belief of mine that I offer to you as a starting point – you deserve to be happy! You can reclaim that happiness in being alive by actively spending time in the “garden” of your thoughts. Weed out those that do not serve your future, and hold on dearly to each and every thought that brings you a healthy dose of joy! Cultivate new activities and relationships, help them to grow, and the landscape of your inner soul condition will brighten and improve!
You need a private, quiet space to do this, even if it’s the bathroom! Relax your body over and over again, and each time you find a tight muscle or a tense spot, concentrate on relaxing that spot with your breath. Breathe slowly in and out, taking the relaxation over and over until you start to feel the relaxation sink into your body. Now I want you to imagine, in your mind’s eye, a beautiful golden light shining down on you. Absorb it. Let it fill you up cell by cell, molecule by molecule. Allow it to fill you throughout your entire body, down into and through your toes and fingers. As it fills you up with Divine Light, let it cleanse you, let it purify all that it touches, and let it shine out of you, cleansing your aura. Hold that energy and resume your activities. If you do this at bedtime, let it go with you into your dreams. We can help you to understand them if you like.
Do this at least two to five times a week, and stand by vigilantly to help retrain your mind! When it tries to bring up old “dark stuff,” override it and let that golden light burst out of your heart chakra to remind you of Divine Light and Love within and for YOU!

Distance Healing

There are many forms of healing, and those that possess the ability to heal have either come by the skills naturally or, through training, have developed the ability to enter into an altered state of consciousness in order to bring forth healing abilities. The notion of “distance healing” has been associated with “quack medicine,” or “miracle cures”; however, scientific studies have proven the opposite, that distance and remote healing does have a positive effect.
Science, through the measure of brain wave frequencies, has been able to demonstrate that healing begins within the brain. Further research on brain wave patterns shows that when someone is receiving a treatment from a healer, that their brain activity begins to synchronize with the brain activity of the healer providing the service.
If your loved one is suffering, either emotionally or physically, this remote healing exercise can aid in the healing process. It is also a technique frequently used for those in an incapacitated state or coma. While encouraging that you do not abandon the tried and tested medicine and directions of a physician, you can incorporate this form of healing in addition to the current regimen.
To heal at a distance, begin by opening your chakra centers, and then intensely visualize the person you want to send healing energy to. A photograph can be useful to meditate upon to assist you in visualizing the person.
Imagine that the individual as healthy and robust. See them in a complete state, as compared to their current condition. Do not visualize them as weak or sick! This process is the key to this exercise. Many beginners, with good intentions, mistakenly visualize their loved one as ill, which unintentionally dwells on their current condition. It is an error or oversight to attempt healing by focusing on the current state of health, hoping and praying for improved health. This process confirms the illness, as it is feeding the current condition, rather than putting energy into a healed state. Understanding this concept is crucial for applying healing techniques.
After visualizing the person, next direct healing energy into your hands, and visualize yourself reaching out and touching them on either the top of their head (their crown chakra) or directly on the site of illness or injury. Allow the golden light of healing to transmit in a steady flow to the recipient, and continue this visualization for a few minutes.
Now see the individual performing day-to-day activities. See them walking about happily and actively. See the illness or condition in the past, and that they have overcome all obstacles. Your visualization of health is creating an image and imprint for the future.
Allow the stream of the healing light to gradually discontinue, and begin to see the image of the individual fade. Close down your chakras and complete the healing exercise.
Continue to perform this exercise on a regular basis, preferably once a day, at the same time each day. I suggest doing this right before going to bed, when you are in a relaxed state of mind, which is necessary in order to devote the required attention to this exercise. If possible, you can let the recipient know that at a set time each day you will be praying for them and sending healing energy to them. You can also encourage them to adopt the same state of mind as you in order to create a stronger healing connection, as this will help them receive the energy.
Spiritual healing is not a substitute for conventional medicine, but compliments the healing process, and in some cases, can expedite it. Heal without expectations, and without the need for recognition or kudos when acting as a healer. In fact, the surest way to not aid in healing is to perform acts of healing for the applause, attention or “wow” factor. The ill or injured individual has enough that they are worried about. The least of their concerns should be needing to constantly show appreciation for your efforts. Remember, your intent is not based on ego, and you are not a miracle worker. The correct intent is the pure, altruistic desire to help another being, void of any expectation or need for recognition.

Intuition: What It Is and How You Can Use It!

Written By Expert Azzrian Visions
We are all born with a sixth sense. Sometimes our intuition warns us of upcoming problems but other times we can misread it and take a path that may not be desirable. If you want to know you can trust your intuition, you will want to develop it. Spiritual Advisors spend a lifetime perfecting their sixth sense. But you can work on yours too!

Here are the three main elements to getting in touch with your intuition.

Get in tune with all of your senses: Taste, touch, smell, sight, sound are the basic senses. Your intuition or sixth sense hinges on being able to use your base senses well. In order for you to tap into your intuition, you should take time focusing on all of your other senses, one at a time. Set time aside a few times a week to work on each of your senses. Blindfold yourself, focusing only on the sense of touch. Prepare different textures for you to feel before using the blindfold. Do the same with your sense of taste. Prepare a chocolate tasting party for yourself using different a varied types of light and dark chocolates with different cocoa content levels. Chocolate, like wine, takes on the flavors of the soil and area in which is its grown. Try to pick out the subtle flavors. Do similar projects to increase all of your senses. The idea is to work on the senses you already use before trying to perfect one you are not used to using.

Meditation: First we must dispel the idea that there is a right way and a wrong way to meditate. We have to toss out all the books we have bought telling us we must breathe this way or that way. Meditation is a very personal experience, and the way you want to sit or breathe is completely up to you. Meditation is nothing more than relaxing, being still, silent and allowing the mind to be free. In our busy hustle and bustle world we take so little time for self, for that inner reflection. Turn
everything off. Create a harmonious ambiance around you that will allow you to focus only on yourself. Light a candle or burn incense. By all means turn off your phones! We do not want anything to interrupt your personal time.

Practice: When you start a new job you are given time to adjust to your new surroundings. The same goes for using your intuition. Do not start with the important things in your life. Instead, write a list of simple topics you can practice with before delving into the big stuff! Sit back and consider the question at hand. Ask yourself what you feel on the subject, what you think will happen, what the outcome will be. Keep a journal of your questions/topics and your intuitive response to them. When you ask yourself these questions do not over-think, do not rationalize, do not question what comes to you. Simply take your “gut” reaction which is your intuition and write it down in your journal. Give time for the outcome to happen. When it does, note the results in your journal. Do not expect to be correct all of the time and do not stop practicing. If you continue to work on your base senses, meditate, and put your intuition into daily practice you will discover that in time your abilities are more sharp, easier to hear, and more accurate as well.

Once you begin to see consistent success, (correct outcomes about 70% of the time), you are ready to move on to more serious matters. You can then allow yourself to use your intuition on matters of the heart, work related questions, and more.

Our intuition is a rare and precious gift and an ability we can all learn to use. However, please always remember there is a place for reason and logic as well. By combining all of our base senses, our sixth sense, plus reason and logic, we can achieve wonderful things in our lives.

"There Is No Spiritual Problem That You Cannot Solve With The Right Prayer Point"

"Spiritual Environmental Sanitation."
Here's how to do it:
Pick a date when you could have a very light
dinner (or none at all).
Just before going to bed, do these 7 things:

1. Start by singing praises to God.

2. Open your Bible to Psalm 91 and read the
whole chapter out loud (this is one of the most
powerful 'covering' Scriptures in the Bible).
3. Symbolically sprinkle the blood of Jesus
upon your land (your land is the spiritual
space God has allocated to you).

4. Ask the blood of Jesus to begin to speak
over your land (Heb. 12:24 says the blood
    speaks, you know).
5. Address the gates and high places of your
land using Ps 24:7. Note: This scripture is one
of the keys in the Bible that you can use to
open gates and doors in the spirit.
6. Ask the LORD to despatch His angels to bring
you blessings without any hindrances. Please note
that sometimes angels can be hindered and
prevented from bringing your blessings in time.

This is what happened to Daniel in the Bible.

7. Give thanks to God and close with praises.

In a nutshell, that's the pattern I followed when
I created those prayer points.
Why is this important to you?

She was silently waiting for me to collect myself...and then congratulated me...Something burried deep into my heart seemed to brim over and roll down my cheeks...she was awfully happy and took the very next flight avaiable to visit our guardian angel....what a stroke of luck it was that even the royal priest of HER EXCELLENCY had sent his blessings through her....Another unexpected gift from GOD....

There are two lasting bequests we can hope to give our children. One of these is roots; the other, Wings…

My Dear Baby....

This is my third letter to you...hoping you would go thru this when you probably feel low during those difficult times when Mummy seems too small a word....this is just to remind you that mummy has gone through the very same troubles dear...you know the rebellious teens and the troublesome twenties.....when she was your age...if that's of any help to you so that you feel free to talk about it. It doesn't matter what we talk about really what matters most is the invisible line of connection we create in spite of the time and distance between us....You know dear the medical Science says that when a tiny brain grows... continuous development of a circuitry network of neurotransmitters and jumpy dendrites branch out for your psychological protection creating a software or a blue print of patterns in ur little brain designed to keep you safe and help you thrive...to deal with your future....and do you know the continuous GUIDE is the Mother...leading you thru the pros and cons of every tiny situation you face...be it the Dog next door...or the Car round the corner of the lane while you happily toddle hand in hand with mommy knowing you have nothing to fear.........Dear baby...I still remember how penetrating and demanding your look was when I first lifted you into my arms...Judging and demanding a stronger human being than yourself...You don't realize the kind of subtle strength (possibly upherited from you) i felt when i first held you ...while you happily cooed away into the crook of my arm .....YOU are my strength and mark of my existence....Always remember dear no matter what Mommy would always look up to you...anytime...always...

Homework Pains.....

Its been a tough day for Mummy darling...and you have decided to try out all my patience...as an added incentive... "Ma'am has given homework .Mommy." I hear a small voice...Couldn't imagine it came out from U...always such a bubbly kid.....sounding so down..."We sit for home works everyday darling.....and you seem to enjoy them...what's so scary today...?" I reply patiently and reach out for the school Diary.
She tries to push it behind her. THERE!!!!!...... (I make a quick Guess)... lies the Origin of the small voice....I firmly ask it to be given.....and i open it.... to find the School Diary in a mess...Pages torn and all scribbled up in her tiny handwriting....with a pinned note from her class teacher (like a hidden shilling in the Christmas pudding).....requesting a A Parent Call!!!
I groan and fret while my husband stands by the door faking anger....smothering possibly a ear to ear grin..(Always such a hard task master.... strangely ...He seems to always enjoy any damn mischief played by her...). I feel like screaming my head off!!! "This is what I get after a hard days work..." I shout...which made U further shudder and scurry off behind DAD ...your only refuge...supporter...fortress.....during these special times.....I try to calm myself down and call u beside me...How did this happen darling??? and U(can u imagine????) broke off into giggles as one sharing those special moments with your best friend....giggles...those infectious ones and...and I laughed with U unable to restrict myself further. We laughed together...The familiar tinkle in your laughter which I try to recognize and find it buried deep inside me.....I hadn't laughed so openly in years...Later I found that U had one of those happy times in school today when one of your subject teachers was absent and One of the Seniors had come to mind the class.....U had coolly scribbled your happiness of the moment in this chosen DIARY...which is updated by the Class teacher at the end of each day...!!! And as a matter of fact.... today was no exception the class teacher had entered her choicest vocabulary to describe your feat of the day plus an open invitation to us to UR classroom the next day!!! These childish feats would get over when u grow up up baby but...U need to know that the School Diary is a matter of Pride for Every Student...and it is the FACE of Every School... so U should always respect it... and involuntarily get respected.....

PREJUDICES....

Dear Baby,

There are some instances in our childhood which have a marked impression through the rest of our lives. Today while you were happily listening to one of your cherished bed time stories....U eagerly came up with some incident which occurred in your day-care centre.....U had made some "real good buddies" as you usually address for your group of friends there....U were excited about a new friend...And u eagerly described her features as "tall and black "instead of tall and dark. I was shocked but controlled myself and patiently corrected your statement....(Somebody possibly an adult must have commented about the poor child's feature that way ) 'cause I was dead sure this was not your way to usually describe anyone......Somewhere deep within I was hurt...this was unexpected from YOU otherwise such a sensitive and considerate child....But still I realized you were a child...who needs continuous guidance....I made some subtle changes in the story which I was telling you to make you understand that the chief causes of human errors is to be found in the prejudices picked up in childhood....and....No one in the world can make you feel inferior without your own consent...Dear baby always remember Lots of friends would want to ride with you in your shiny, new bicycle but...what you really need deep within is someone who would play with your rag doll even when your bicycle breaks down....This is how you come across true friends....Momma will always love you.....

All Girls are SISSY.....

Dear Baby....
I still remember the day....when you had caught daddy unawares with his usually so downright comments that he still bites his tongue every time he thinks about it....Daddy was reading his Morning newspaper with You beside him (you followed him like a pet dog when he was home ...into the garden ...or...waiting outside the bathroom till he finished....U acted as if you owned him day in day out...and guess what?... he seemed to adore it I guess....though he never verbally agreed to it.) busy playing with your stuff toys...yellow duckling and Mickey mouse when a sudden realization enlightened you..and u were out with it instantly...
"DADDY....what is Mickey's girlfriend's name? "
He seemed to be in a fix... almost giving a visual groan while his eyes frantically searched for some hint looking at me...but obviously wouldn't let you know that...He knew you actually worshipped the ground he tread on...Yippee a sight for the sore eye Daddy actually looks wary!!!!
So he came up with the spontaneous answer....."Hey..u dunno??? It's Sissy..."(I Almost laughed out aloud visualising the cartoon network team's alarm in trying to baptise Minnie to Sissy...) and sat back uncomfortably with the newspaper waiting for an uproar...but not for long...
You actually looked up at him your lips pursed in contempt and answered "No!!! Its Minnie!!!! Daddy..."
"NO? ... Oh Okay... u knew it all the time.... but what difference does it make?"
was his wary reply...
"No its not the same!!!" u reply back
"Yes it Is" he insists..
"Why?" u retort back
"Because all girls are sissies..." he replies with an uncomfortable sigh..
"But I am Aastha...not sissy..." u blurt out confused face puckered into a frown...
"But you are not ANY girl...darling...U r MY baby" he tries to correct himself at a loss of words...
U revel under the compliment....Glowing (TOUCHE) u kisses him...and he smiles relieved...
Again u come up with it....
"Daddy....what does sissy mean?"Groan!!!! Not again...he clears his throat "Ahem...it means" gulp..."it means..."
"Yes Daddy...I am listening" you prompt
"Well it means....sissy.." he whispers looking from the corner of his eye making sure I am not listening...
"But..." U don't let go easily.
I was in splits...my sides aching with controlled laughter....
"NO" I reply laughing silently and very gently explained what it meant... (while daddy very conveniently slipped off to take a bath....obviously gasping with relief ,giving me grateful look and mouthing a 'Thank U'!!!)
Love u Sweetie pie...
J)

I Know Who You Are....

Dear Baby....
Remember the last time you got a nice piece of my mind along with a firm spanking till your bottom was sore....I still remember your impudence or call it insolence (your daddy categorises it to be presence of mind when you are the victim)....God save me from both of you...(SMILE :))) Someone very wisely commented on the passage of time...Time is like a swiftly flowing river with no shores...no boundaries. Seasons here were not winter, spring, fall or Autumn...but celebrations and birthdays, joys and sorrows, troubles and pains.....one small remark or rebuke....But mainly its our children who are times' calendar ...a reminder of how quickly the years are passing by....how quickly the remark "Mummy knows best"... changes to "I know what is the best"....You were being painfully difficult during bedtime as usual...you came up with the liveliest news of your school...mimicking your friends...the school guard...the daycare superintendent...and not to forget your Class teacher.....the usual target and armour .... The day before you announced that your class teacher had asked to take a big box of chocolates nicely wrapped in wrapping paper for the lucky draw contest in your school( probably every child was instructed with a different gift)....but you took your own liberty to make everyone feel lucky...by actually unwrapping it the moment you stepped into your classroom and distributed it to every living soul you came across...even the potted plants placed on the window sill of your classroom....And then… followed..... an elaborate reprimand from your class teacher in your school diary summoning a parent call again!!!! I was at my wits end....but decided to go easy on you...after all you just did the splendid act of generosity and sharing....but jumping up and down the bed really made me loose my cool and what your dad refers to a dreadfully threatening tone with my teeth clenched...and deadpan look on my face I say...."Aastha don't you think that you are getting too many ideas this time" (you slow down.. quickly scurrying of into bed). I continue...."You haven't known me yet!! I ahem....."
"Yep...I Know you...You are Ivy...IVY Banerjee" you retort back....and that did it..Daddy went into a fit of uncontrollable giggles while I distastefully took refuge behind the kitchen duster....What else???? don't ever change LADY...we all take different paths in life, but no matter where we go, we take little of each other everywhere with us...you remind me of my Childhood....
Love you always... ;)

Dear Baby.....
When U are able to read this letter... probably now...which would be drawing a smile on your lovely face..Aah!!! I already see it coming...
Daddy says "She is a wild cat always on the prowl" and surprisingly how right he is this time...;)))U almost had him swallow his heart which had popped right into his mouth due to your naughty pranks...The other day....You tried to catch a lizard which had somehow managed its escape from your vice like grip leaving its lifeless wiggling tail behind in your hand...and i remember how delighted you were watching the movements of the now lifeless tail...and in a while you were discreetly placing it inside Daddy's lunch box...My how I had screamed my heart out on opening it (that too on your request )!!!how mindless of me no???(smiles)....Then was to follow all the basic requirements of washing and disinfecting your busy hands and daddy's lunchbox....
Luv u Dear...
Just try and be a bit gentle with God's creations...if u love them my little angel...

Animal Bug...

Dear Baby....

Remember the day you went berserk with joy....on discovering a litter of about 11 pups in the neighbourhood...befriending them as if they were next to your kin...a spotted one being your favourite...The other day you brought it inside the drawing room coaxing and cajoling Daddy....assuring him that both of you would behave...He seemed to give in to your whims easily (as was the practice) warning you that he would not be a part to any kind of disaster...you happily sat with it on the couch entranced by its swiftly wagging tail...passed on a comment or two like "it looking like" noodles"... and then "it looks tasty"....God only knows what got into your head and you bit it on the tail ( well you did not specify on behaving good or bad to daddy of course justifying your actions)...followed by a cocktail volley of canine and human yelping and yelling....daddy on the brink of collapsing gasping and sputtering with anger as he sat dazed by the day's proceedings... the poor pup frightened out of its wits...(though u later nursed him like an angel), God save me...

"The fastest way to lose love is to hold on too tight, the best way to keep love is to give it -- WINGS!"

There was once a lonely girl who longed desperately for love. One day while she was walking in the woods she found two starving song birds. She took them home and put them in a small glided cage. She nurtured them with love and the birds grew strong. Every morning they greeted her with a marvelous song. The girl felt great love for the birds. She wanted their singing to last forever.
One day the girl left the door to the cage open. The larger and stronger of the two birds flew from the cage. The girl watched anxiously as he circled high above her. She was so frightened that he would fly away and she would never see him again that as he flew close, she grasped at him wildly. She caught him in her fist. She clutched him tightly within her hand. Her heart gladdened at her success in capturing him. Suddenly she felt the bird go limp. She opened her hand stared in horror at the dead bird. Her desperate clutching love had killed him.
She noticed the other bird teetering on the edge of the cage. She could feel his great need for freedom. His need to soar into the clear, blue sky. She lifted him from the cage and tossed him softly into the air. The bird circled once, twice, three times.
The girl watched delighted at the bird's enjoyment. Her heart was no longer concerned with her loss. She wanted the bird to be happy. Suddenly the bird flew closer and landed softly on her shoulder. It sang the sweetest melody, she had ever heard.

I loved you the minute you were born...Then I saw your face and fell in love some more. You were only a minute old but I knew I would die for you, to this day I still would...I love you more than Life itself :))))

My dear Little Sweet heart....

Dear Baby...
This one is surely going to pass from this generation to the other ... you were your usual busy self throughout the day today...until i found out what was keeping you busy...You were busy at the backyard garden happily squashing some lizard's eggs (which u had discovered a few days back while doing Nature Study with Daddy under the hibiscus bush) trying to have a look at the babies inside... and was successful too with a few of them and watched fascinated as they awkwardly crept out from there safe haven under your merciless watchful gaze until you saw me watching wide eyed with horror(which of course sent u scampering off to Daddy)...You sometimes really give me the creeps...will soon post the pic (clicked by your proud daddy) of one of the unfortunate ones which you were lucky enough to smuggle in to our living room comforter... Ugh...
Another Small Story for U...
I ran into a stranger as he passed by,

"Oh excuse me please" was my reply.
He said, "Please excuse me too;

I wasn't watching for you."

We were very polite, this stranger and I.

We went on our way and we said goodbye.

But at home a different story is told,

How we treat our loved ones, young and old.

Later that day, cooking the evening meal,

My son stood beside me very still.

When I turned, I nearly knocked him down.

"Move out of the way," I said with a frown.

He walked away, his little heart broken.

I didn't realize how harshly I'd spoken.

While I lay awake in bed,

God's still small voice came to me and said,

"While dealing with a stranger,

common courtesy you use,

but the family you love, you seem to abuse.

Go and look on the kitchen floor,

You'll find some flowers there by the door.

Those are the flowers he brought for you.

He picked them himself: pink, yellow and blue.

He stood very quietly not to spoil the surprise,

you never saw the tears that filled his little eyes."

By this time, I felt very small,

And now my tears began to fall.

I quietly went and knelt by his bed;

"Wake up, little one, wake up," I said.

"Are these the flowers you picked for me?"

He smiled, "I found 'em, out by the tree.

I picked 'em because they're pretty like you.

I knew you'd like 'em, especially the blue."

I said, "Son, I'm very sorry for the way I acted today;

I shouldn't have yelled at you that way."

He said, "Oh, Mom, that's okay.

I love you anyway."

I said, "Son, I love you too, and I do like the flowers, especially the blue."

 Love U J)

May God BlessYOU (A Lesson for a Lifetime)

YOU HAVE TO THIS!!!

God Said NO!!

I hope that you can get the effects on your computers!

The words are great, but the movements of the faces add a lot....

I asked God to take away my habit.

God said, No.

It is not for me to take away,

but for you to give it up.

I asked God to make my handicapped child whole.

God said, No.

His spirit is whole, his body is only temporary.

I asked God to grant me patience.

God said, No. Patience is a byproduct of tribulations;

it isn't granted, it is learned.
I asked God to give me happiness.

God said, No.

I give you blessings;

Happiness is up to you.

I asked God to spare me pain.

God said, No.

Suffering draws you apart from

worldly cares

and brings you closer to me.

I asked God to make my spirit grow.

God said, No.

You must grow on your own,

but I will prune you to make you fruitful.

I asked God for all things

that I might enjoy life.

God said, No.

I will give you life,

so that you may enjoy all things.

I asked God to help me LOVE others, as much as He loves me.

God said.... Ahhhh,

finally you have the idea.

THIS DAY IS YOURS

DON'T THROW IT AWAY

May God Bless You,

'To the world you might be one person,

But to one person you just might be the world'

'May the Lord Bless you and keep you,

May the Lord Make his face shine upon you,

And give you Peace......Forever'

'Good friends are like stars...

You don't always see them, But you know they are always there...

Dear Baby,
We all know...A man who travels alone ..travels the fastest..You my dear teach Me how to travel together....
Always Remember dear that you'll be able to easily find your groove and create magic. It's your choice; you can turn whatever you're doing into a game, no matter what it is. It's not the activity, but your attitude that makes the difference between work and play...

I still remember How you happened to befriend a Batch of Japanese tourists entwining them in your little finger with your Childlike Charms and your Bold and Honest Statements...
You Showed us how loud and clear the language of the Human (Humane) Heart can be...
Whatever you can do, or dream, you can begin it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it...

With Love Mummy..

My Baby cradled in my arms...

Teaching me your gentle charms.

Growing up with you by my side...

Learning from you never to lie.

To understand and not judge too...

Love and kindness I also learned from you.

Through the years I watch you grow...

Teaching me everything I'd need to know.

Listening to every word I've said...

And every word I've wrote you've read...

You are the Tutor of my Dreams...

My little Witch who never Screams...

Love u Dear with all my being...

Here Goes a Poem for u dear...

Mothers Touch...

I’m so afraid with you...I might make a mistake.

To discipline the situation... always a risk to take.

I may get so angry, and yell so loud...

Wanting you to be a good girl, make me proud.

So young in age, though older in mind...

The biggest part of you so loving, gentle and kind.

I want you to have a good future, really succeed.

Working long hours, hard to give you the attention you need.

One day in your future you will know my love is true.

All the sacrifices will be seen, as with you  little girl, wondering what to do.

I look at you so pretty it frightens me, the best reward is molding you into the person you will be.

I see you changing right before my eyes, nervous for I get only so many tries.

Remember friendship will develop later as you become an adult.

After you've lived life and know the way it felt.

I will get you ready for life that can hurt so much

Then and only then...

Will I be thankful I guided you with a mothers touch....
