QUICK TIPS to manifest more money

So here's a few quick tips to get you started:
  1. Look at those places in your history where you received negative / lack / non-abundant messages about money. Then invest your energy in letting go of those messages (you may need help from a coach, workshop, or comprehensive program).

  2. When you see something you want to buy, remind yourself that if you really really wanted to, you could buy it... and that you CHOOSE not to buy it at this time.

  3. Always keep some money in your wallet. This way every time you look in your wallet, you are reminded that you do have money. To go a step further, if you have larger bills then carry some of those with you. The larger the bills the better, as this is an everyday reminder of your abundance.

  4. Make a regular habit of donating and/or sharing your money with others. Consider leaving slightly larger-than-average tips for service people, leaving tips when you normally wouldn't, or giving a few coins to a homeless person. The point of this is to remind yourself that even when you give, you still have enough remaining. It's not relevant whether you give one penny, a dollar, or ten thousand dollars... the act of giving money away psychologically counteracts the "lack" mindset that you are working with.

  5. Occasionally, consider making a "Stretch" spend. This is where you literally are acting "as if" you already have the financial abundance you desire even if you don't think you have that money. Don't do it just any time though... only do it when you have a really deep heart's wish for whatever you intend to spend that money on. Sometimes acting "as if" can be a catalyst for attracting money from unexpected places.
Like I said before though, there's a LOT more I could write on this (and I will). For now though, I believe that these tips will help you shift your money mindset away from "lack" and into "abundance."

Magic Stones and Jewels

This section is a continuation of my Good News Letter for April 2011, when I talked about a stone with important spiritual qualities: Serpentine. Below you'll find descriptions of a few more stones that can influence your body, mind and spirit.

For people who are familiar with esoterism, stones are living entities. This is also true from a scientific point-of-view, since stones are part of  the mineral realm and, like members of the other realms (animal and vegetal) are formed by atoms, with micro-particles called electrons circulating around their core (or nucleus) at incredible speed.

Even if you can't see it happening, stones change structure over time. The only difference for human beings is that our transformation (birth to death) takes about 70 to 100 years to be completed, while the transformation of minerals takes thousands or even millions of years.

All traditions have endowed minerals with spiritual and therapeutic powers. Below you'll find a few of the main magic stones that can exert an influence on your body and mind.

Agate: This stone is reputed to increase self-confidence. It helps locate hidden treasure, and creates conditions favorable for receiving an inheritance. Agate is a symbol of long life, courage, joy and prosperity. It protects you against jealousy and malevolence. If you wear an agate, it will make the people around you want to help you on your path to success, people in high places who could make your life a lot easier in many ways.

Aqua-Marine: This stone promotes the discovery and expression of extra-sensorial abilities and psychic powers. It heightens intuition, making it easier for you to explore the depths of your consciousness and mind. Aqua-marine is recommended for people who are studying or teaching, or for anyone who wants to expand their mind and acquire new knowledge, since it makes it easier to assimilate new information. If you wear an Aqua-marine, it will bring you happiness, peace and joy, and promote harmonious relations with other people, especially in your professional and social life.

Amethyst: Amethyst promotes restorative sleep and peaceful nights. If you keep an amethyst under your pillow at night it should enable you to have divinatory or prophetic dreams. The stone also combats stress, and has a soothing effect on your mind. It raises your spirits, promotes spirituality, and motivates you to expand your consciousness. Wearing an amethyst helps alleviate fear and increases self-confidence.

Citrine: Citrine is a yellow-gold member of the quartz family, associated with the naval Chakra, the center of physical and material power. It vibrates to the Number 6. Citrine accelerates healing and convalescence after illness. It heightens psychic abilities and intuition, combats fear, facilitates understanding and raises consciousness in a general way. It can recharge you with vital energy during periods of stress, as well as under normal circumstances. If you wear a Citrine it will fill you with positive vibrations and promote your spiritual evolution. It's particularly recommended for people involved in the medical profession, or some form of therapy. Citrine also favors the development of artistic abilities, and leads to prosperity.

Emerald: Emerald is a green gemstone that attracts Love and makes it easier to find a soul-mate. It improves cerebral functions (memory, decision-making, learning, understanding) and facilitates the ability to speak in public, making it especially useful for politicians. Wearing an Emerald leads to success in business, notably sales, and promotes the manifestation of material wealth. Emeralds also exert an influence on both the conscious and subconscious mind, stimulating the discovery and expression of extra-sensorial abilities.

Lapis-lazuli: This beautiful gemstone has therapeutic properties, and as such helps alleviate pain, promote healing, and accelerate convalescence. Being in contact with Lapis-lazuli, or better still wearing one all the time, will strengthen the health of your body, mind and spirit. The stone also helps control emotions, and its soothing effects help fight depression and get rid of negative thoughts, replacing them with positive ones and making you a calmer person. Wearing Lapis-lazuli motivates you to evolve, both personally and spiritually.

Obsidian: Obsidian is usually black, and is a naturally occurring volcanic glass formed into extrusive igneous rock. Wearing an Obsidian will keep you firmly grounded. You'll rely on common sense when things become difficult, or during periods of doubt or stress. The stone acts as a link to reality, preventing you from getting carried away by things that have no chance of succeeding. Obsidian also helps you understand any subconscious or mental blocks you may have, revealing the darker side of your personality, and enabling you to be more effective in combating it. It’s very useful as a protection against negative vibrations of either human or astral origin.

Olivine: The stone Olivine is reputed to attract material wealth and money. It promotes professional success, especially in business. Wearing Olivine, or keeping a few stones in your workplace, will lead to prosperity. The stone also offers protection against negative energy, which it repels and sends back to its place of origin. It promotes healing, and makes it easier to maintain a positive attitude in life. Olivine also attracts Love.

Onyx: This stone offers protection in situations of conflict, both during war and in peacetime, when you have disagreements and arguments with people around you. Wearing an Onyx protects you against harmful vibrations, psychic attacks, and spells of all kinds. The stone possesses strong powers of psychic and spiritual purification. Try to find an Onyx with white stripes in it, rather than one which is completely black, since the black ones are considered malevolent.

Opal: Opal represents a collection of the qualities and colors of many other stones. You can therefore “charge†it with a specific goal by visualizing what you want it to accomplish, while holding the stone in your right hand. Wearing an Opal is also recommended for astral-traveling, or having an out-of-body experience, since it protects both your mind and body while you're away. It can also help explore past lives, develop psychic powers, and attract money.

Quartz:  This common (and therefore inexpensive!) stone has many properties. It promotes victory and success, accelerates healing, and ensures that minor problems have favorable outcomes. Wearing a Quartz stimulates clarity of mind, and enables you to be a better judge of situations and people. Quartz is highly recommended for rituals of protection and purification of the body and mind. It heightens psychic and para-psychic abilities, which is why it's used by mediums and clairvoyants in their work.

Ruby: If you wear this precious stone it will protect you against human and psychic enemies, harmful astral vibrations, and all kinds of negative energy. Rubies are highly recommended for magic rituals because of the energy they emit. They raise your spirits, strengthen self-confidence, provide you with a will-of-steel, and make you constant in your efforts. They also protect you against fear. If you put a ruby under your pillow at night, you won't have any nightmares.

Sapphire: Sapphire promotes the opening of the third eye, the spiritual center of understanding. Wearing a sapphire helps develop your psychic powers, enabling you to delve deeper into your subconscious mind, and discover your hidden abilities. The stone heightens intuition, and is often offered as a gift to improve a relationship or make someone's emotions more positive, since it guarantees fidelity and ensures fulfillment. Sapphire can also help control negative emotions like jealousy, hate and envy, and is recommended for stimulating meditation and ensuring inner peace.

Rock Salt (Sel Gemme): Salt is extremely useful in rituals of protection or purification of people and/or their possessions. Salt is indispensable for cleaning. Bathing your body in salt water helps get rid of all kinds of negative energy. To protect your habitation or workspace, place some salt in all four corners of every room, and then visualize the negative energy around you dissolving. You can also make a circle of salt around your own person, to protect yourself against the dark forces when performing a ritual.

If you think stones are expensive, you're wrong! You can obtain most of them at relatively low cost, by buying ones that aren't perfect enough to be used for making gems, which in no way reduces their properties as described above.

The stones I've listed are the ones used most often in magic rituals, and are most effective for daily protection, and discovering and expressing hidden talents, whether human or extra-sensorial.

Final Advice: When you wear one of these stones, try to maintain a positive frame of mind towards it. Don't consider it a simple ornament, but rather the material manifestation of subtle energy, which you can use to improve your life

What is Prayer?

The answer to this question may seem obvious, but really it isn’t.

For most people, prayer is the most effective way of connecting with the Higher Vibratory Astral Powers.

The real meaning of prayer has been somewhat misplaced over time. These days prayer is considered to be little more than an archaic practice with little or no benefit. In fact, prayer is a powerful spiritual weapon, no matter what you ask for  Luck, a better life, Love, health, money, success... since it’s the best and easiest way to enter into contact with the Higher Vibratory Astral Powers (the Supreme Entity). Don’t forget you can call this Entity anything you like, depending on your spiritual beliefs, since it’s composed of the souls of saints, sages, spiritual masters and prophets of all callings who have passed into the Great Beyond.

What Prayer Is Not

Under no circumstances should your prayers have harmful intentions, or be aimed at hurting anyone. If they are, there’s no chance they’ll come true.

You could even attract malevolent entities who nourish themselves on negative vibrations emitted by human beings, people who have harmful thoughts inspired by poisoned emotions like hate, jealousy, envy, greed and anger.

Give your prayers form by expressing them in thoughts, and visualize them coming true as clearly as you can. That will create positive vibrations emitted by you (the sender) towards your chosen Entity (the receiver).

If you formulate your prayers in a general way, without addressing them to any specific receiver, your energy could be captured by anyone who’s tuned in to it.

So be careful when you formulate a prayer.

1-    Be positive.
2-    Address your prayer to a specific Entity.

Conditions For Effective Prayer

To these conditions for effective prayer I would add the following:

3-    Pray with as much faith and conviction as you can.
4-    Take positive steps to make your prayers come true.

Praying With Faith and Conviction

Faith and conviction are the cornerstones of effective prayer. Any prayer that isn’t repeated with great conviction, either to yourself or out loud, will not come true. You need to have a firm believe in the existence of the receiving Entity you direct your prayers at, or they will be doomed to failure.

You have to pray as if your life depended on it, even when you make a minor request. Your prayers should rise up to your receptive Entity like a powerful, blinding laser-beam of light.

They shouldn’t come only from your mind, but from your entire body and soul!

First, adopt a position you find comfortable, and maintain it the entire time you recite your prayer. Every spiritual tradition has a special posture for praying (standing, kneeling, sitting cross-legged, etc.). Use the position you feel is most appropriate for raising your prayers to the Divine Forces on high.

If you don’t have a special position in mind, sit on a chair, keeping your back straight but relaxed, with your hands on your knees, palms facing upward to connect with Divine Energy.

Formulate your prayers in your own words. That will give them more force than if you used a pre-prepared formula. Of course, if your spiritual tradition already has certain formulations you should repeat, then obviously you should make use of them.

When you’re finished, add your own personal request to the prayer, with as much faith and conviction as you can.

Do Positive Things To Make Your Wish Come True

There’s one more ingredient for making prayers successful: after you pray, you can’t just sit around and wait passively for things to happen. Instead, you have to maintain the same positive frame-of-mind you had when you made the prayer, and then let the old saying Heaven helps those who help themselves be your guide. Each day, think, speak and act in ways that will help make your prayers become real. If you do, they’re sure to come true!

Begin Your Astral Journey Tonight...

Astral projection (or astral travel)
Astral projection (or astral travel) is an interpretation of any form of out-of-body experience (OOBE) that assumes the existence of an "astral body" separate from the physical body and capable of travelling outside it. Astral projection or travel denotes the astral body leaving the physical body to travel in the astral plane.
The idea of astral travel is rooted in common worldwide religious accounts of the afterlife in which the consciousness' or soul's journey or "ascent" is described in such terms as "an...out-of body experience, wherein the spiritual traveller leaves the physical body and travels in his/her subtle body (or dream body or astral body) into ‘higher’ realms." It is therefore associated with near death experiences and is also frequently reported as spontaneously experienced in association with sleep and dreams, illness, surgical operations, drug experiences, sleep paralysis and forms of meditation.
It is also sometimes attempted for its own sake, or may be believed to be necessary to, or the result of, some forms of spiritual practice. It may involve "travel to higher realms" called astral planes but is commonly used to describe any sensation of being "out of the body" in the everyday world, even seeing one's body from outside or above. It may be reported in the form of an apparitional experience, a supposed encounter with a doppelgänger, some living person also seen somewhere else at the same time.
Through the 1960s and 70s, surveys reported percentages ranging from 8% to as many as 50% (in certain groups) of respondents who state they had such an experience. The subjective nature of the experience permits explanations that do not rely on the existence of an "astral" body and plane.
The expression "astral projection" came to be used in two different ways. For the Golden Dawn and some Theosophists it retained the classical and medieval philosophers' meaning of journeying to other worlds, heavens, hells, the astrological spheres and other imaginal landscapes, but outside these circles the term was increasingly applied to non-physical travel around the physical world rather than the astral. Though this usage continues to be widespread, the "etheric travel" label coined by later Theosophists such as Leadbetter and Bailey is more appropriate to such scenarios.
Commonly in the astral projection experience, the experients describe themselves as being in a domain which often has no parallel to any physical setting, although they say they can visit different times and/or physical settings. Environments may be populated or unpopulated, artificial, natural or completely abstract and from beatific to horrific. A common belief is that one may access a compendium of mystical knowledge called the Akashic records. In many of these accounts, the experiencer correlates the astral world with the world of dreams. They report seeing dreamers enact dream scenarios on the astral plane, unaware of the wider environment around them. Some also state that "falling" dreams are brought about by projection.
The astral environment is often theoretically divided into levels or planes. There are many different views concerning the overall structure of the astral planes in various traditions. These planes may include heavens and hells and other after-death spheres, transcendent environments or other less-easily characterized states.
In contrast to astral projection, etheric projection is described as the ability to move about in the material world in an etheric body which is usually, though not always, invisible to people who are presently "in their bodies." Robert Monroe describes this type of projection as a projection to "Locale I" or the "Here-Now", and describes it as containing people and places that he feels actually exist in the material world. Robert Bruce refers to a similar area as the "Real Time Zone" (RTZ) and describes it as the nonphysical, dimension-level closest to the physical.
According to Max Heindel, the etheric "double" serves as a medium between the astral and physical realms. In his system, the ether, also called prana, is the "vital force" that empowers the physical forms in order for that change to take place. From his descriptions it can be inferred that when one views the physical during an out-of-body experience, one is not technically "in" the astral realm at all.
The subtle vehicle remains connected to the physical body during the separation by a so-called “silver cord”, said to be that mentioned in Ecclesiastes 12:6.
Stephen LaBerge suggested in his 1985 book Lucid Dreaming that all such "out-of-body experiences" may represent partiallylucid dreams or "misinterpreted dream experiences", in which the sleeper does not fully recognize the situation. "In the dark forest, one may experience a tree as a tiger, but it is still in fact only a tree."

We all know the possibilities that daydreaming can offer. We are all looking for that perfect escape from the dull routines in our lives, or when we finally have a quiet moment to ourselves. It's the perfect distraction that we create for ourselves when none other is available. It seems like such a simple pleasure to let our minds drift, but we also know how powerful it can be to escape into our inner world, leaving reality a million miles away. Suddenly, you are li ving the life that you have always wanted, a life that was not even possible in the real world that you have left behind. You can achieve anything that you imagine: that perfect home, a loving family and circle of friends, financial success, freedom to travel and pursue personal interests and hobbies.
Perhaps you are even more creative, and have not limited your daydreams to goals achievable in the real world: maybe your inner world allows you to reconnect with loved ones that have passed on. Maybe you can revisit moments in your past and relive them, and make different choices so that you can move on with your life without regrets. Maybe you've created a side of you that is invincible, and you are no longer held back by your fears: you are no longer scared to fly, scared of dying, scared of losing someone close to you or scared of being alone. You may have allowed your mind to dream the impossible: travelling through time, through space, or be able to instantly appear (or disappear) in any situation. That calming, vague feeling that washes ov er you when you are daydreaming may seem like you are just letting your mind wander. However, whether you realize it or not, you are starting to place yourself in a state of hypnosis, and what you are doing is allowing your mind to astral project throughout your imagination.
Astral projection is the process of allowing your spirit and imagination to leave your body, thereby being able to achieve what you can only dream of. The part of ourselves that experiences
astral projection exists in the fourth dimension, so we are no longer bound by the same conditions that prevent us from living without borders in reality.
